How to stay relaxed and boost your immunity with EFT tapping
New Sunday tapping workshop series
It’s so easy to get overwhelmed by this new world climate of fear. Fears of getting ill – anxieties fuelled by empty supermarket shelves, uncertain official advice, cancelled events, upheaval in your plans, money worries, social distancing that can lead to isolation….
How can we nurture our precious mental health and get some peace every day?
One simple way is to learn and use the stress relief tool Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT tapping), whenever you feel stressed. EFT is a fast acupressure-and-mindfulness technique backed by science and easy to do.
In this weekly series of 1-hour tapping workshops online, even if you’ve never tapped, you can experience rapidly reducing your anxiety levels on stresses ranging through panic, fears for others, grief and loss, depression, etc. At the same time, this tapping is boosting your immune system, lowering your cortisol, improving your heart rate, according to research studies.
These events are rare opportunities to experience tapping, share safely with others, ask questions, feel more connected.
Each workshop is different, as we will focus on the concerns of participants in this unique pandemic situation.
Emailed handouts will consolidate the learnings so that you can start tapping for yourself right away – and share this with family and friends.
HYGIENE. Before a workshop please wash your hands with soap, so you can then touch your face safely, as some regular EFT acupoints are on the face.

Everyone puts things off sometimes, for no apparent reason – but some of us make a habit of it, and that’s a worry. Staying stuck is stressful. There is an easy way out, and you can learn it at this workshop – so you could start moving on immediately. Bring along any procrastinating problem you’re having right now. You will share only if you’re comfortable doing that – but regardless, everyone gets opportunity to tap away their stuckness. And you’ll have a handout on the process, so you can tap again if you procrastinate in future.

Chronic pain is pain you’ve had for more than 12 weeks. Some people have lived with this horror for years or decades, even though they’ve ‘tried everything’. How could tapping on yourself possibly help? Well – it does help many, many people globally. You can have a taste of how at this practical workshop.
